He architects Skyld’s global delivery engine, overseeing the standardized workflows that empower US contractors to expand their capacity while maintaining lean operations. Skyld enables partner firms to significantly scale operations while reducing back-office overhead by up to 70%.

Prior to Skyld, Ahsan founded Modern Estimation, where he built specialized teams to deliver high-quality material takeoffs and bid management services for multi-trade projects across the New York market. He brings over five years of experience in building and managing high-performance technical teams to deliver consistent, quality-driven results for large-scale projects.

Ahsan holds a Master of Science (MS) in Construction Engineering and Management. He is dedicated to modernizing the US construction sector through strategic offshoring, eliminating operational bottlenecks, and driving industry-wide efficiency.
